"We had purchased Apollo Protein powder for diabetics from Apollo Pharmacy few days back. But we found it too sweet for diabetics and quality also sub-standard when compared to other protein powder in the market. The supervisor at pharmacy also agreed to the same that its too sweet, We checked the sugar level at home after consuming it, and found it to be at higher end. Selling high sugar in protein powder for diabetics is a threat, and harmful for the health. We immediately returned the product in pharmacy and asked for the credit / refund. But they refused to give any credit/refund. Now we neither have the product as it is unsuitable for consumption nor we have the credit/refund."

"Apollo here in Mahagun mart is good . Everything is great here medicine , offers , staff , the only thing to which complaint is there billing process . There billing system is poor , took long time to clear bills , due to which sometime you can find lots of chaos in apollo . Rest all is ok ."

Quite often they did not listen to the order properly and give wrong product as well and whenever I made a complaint to rectify all the the corrections,they did not reply to me politely. They never deliver the product on time whenever you are making an order for home delivery,also they did not clarify the payment mode whenever we order, sometimes they ask for cash when customers said that the cash is unavailable. "I had the worst experience here. Went out in an emergency situation to buy meds for my mom first they refused to take digital payment asked me for cash. I asked for 5 mins to go running back and get it. they agreed. I came back in 3 minutes and they closed the door and locked it in front of me. I told them it’s an emergency they said they can’t do anything about it. I asked why did you give me 5 minutes then? They didn’t have an answer. Lying pieces of shiz. If I had an option of 0 starts I’d do that. I want the staff changed. They have ZERO empathy and EQ. They just wanted to close the shop and run."
